Yesterday, we received another opinion in our favor affirming the jury verdict for bad faith against an insurance company. This was issued one week after oral argument–a very fast opinion.
The Colorado Supreme Court will have a new face come December 1, 2010 as Justice Mary Mullarkey announced her retirement from the bench after 23 years serving on the bench.
